About Us
Simon and Georgie have a shared love of horses, having both been immersed in horsemanship since birth. Simon’s family ran a large riding school and Georgie's family a stud and livery yard.
We have both ridden and competed through pony club and young event classes, and now enjoy our horses for shepherding here on the farm when we can. Our son Thomas has a lovely pony called Beanie and enjoys pony club.
We know that horses and ponies are healthiest when they live out and have freedom and space to graze, which is why we set up Nothumberland Equine Retirement. We treat your horse as if they were our own - and we love our horses!
